What is Rev?

Rev is the built-in AI service advisor. It answers calls and enquiries you cannot get to, checks live ramp and technician availability, quotes standard servicing and books the vehicle in. Included from the Workshop plan.

Does booking by registration really pull the vehicle details?

Yes. The customer types their registration and Carbooks looks up the make, model, engine and MOT expiry date, then offers only the slots that suit that job. DVLA lookup is included on every plan.

Will it send MOT reminders automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Carbooks tracks every vehicle's MOT expiry and sends reminder texts with a booking link before it falls due, so the work comes back to you instead of walking down the road.

Is Carbooks only for MOT and servicing garages?

Accepted Answer

No. The same engine runs tyre and exhaust shops, car washes and valeting, vehicle hire and car sales — anywhere the job is booked against a vehicle.
